Let’s say you are feeling bad, sad and downright crappy…how can you shift out of this quickly and easily?
Remember The Time…?
Can you remember a time you felt amazing? Good? Happy? Content? Ecstatic? Think of it. Remember it. Feel it. Savor it.
Visualization Is Badass
Now take that feeling from your experience or memory and visualize pulling that exact energy in through the top of your head down into your whole body. Breathe it in.
That’s it! A 2 second exercise to change your whole being and your state of mind.
